I am proficient with larger team settings of groups of up to 30 athletes on field as well as specialized groups of 3-6 athletes depending on position within the team OR if the athletes have similar training needs.

Training for general fitness is equally as important as training for a competition, life is full of the unexpected and unanticipated. Lets do our best to insure we are covering foundational health and strength bases to keep you doing the things you love for many years to come!
1 on 1 sessions or 2 on 1 sessions. Here is where I can get things rolling meeting the client(s) where they are at and help facilitate creating good habits. Progressively challenging them to unlocking their fullest potential.
sport specific training
Training specifically to improve your ability to perform as an individual within your sport. Creating a solid movement foundation is key to building and enhancing the qualities that form athleticism in any sport. I am to address the athletes limits and create a specific science based training program tailored to their needs and the sports demands. Using game footage is an excellent way to add another layer of analysis into an athletes play to dissect areas to improve in and out of the training session.

I have been a coach in the fitness industry for 4 years now and have been fortunate to encounter a wide array of Clients, from Amature MMA fighters to youth sports teams to clients who want to remain fit to be active with their children and everything in between. I love being active! As a child, I played a variety of team sports which helped narrow my focus towards working in the Heath and Fitness industry. Through Curtis' focus on technique and functional movement, he built me into a stronger and more explosive athlete. Until you’ve had the benefit of a trainer who has a deep understanding of physiology, kinesiology and even the psychology of sport, you can’t really appreciate what a good trainer can do for you. Curtis applies his training and experience to create a fitness framework that makes goals attainable while minimizing the risk of injury. I trained with him for over five years and because he understood my body and capabilities so well, I achieved lift benchmarks that put me in the top few percent of my age group while balancing the realities of a fulltime job.
He makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Starting out I was very inexperienced when it came to lifting weights. My form was terrible and I definitely didn't have much the strength to do much. Attending the group classes weekly really helped with my overall energy and my strength improved as well. He explains things clearly and is very knowledgeable.
I was rehabilitating from a motor vehicle accident and suffered from vertigo when I began training with Curtis. I have learned so much about both my body and mind during our sessions. He knows what hes talking about and genuenly cares about me and my well being! He is a great coach and friend!
