Through Curtis' focus on technique and functional movement, he built me into a stronger and more explosive athlete. He increased my strength and range of motion on my long-term chronic shoulder injury while preventing further stress on the joint. One year after major hip surgery, Curtis helped me rehab back quicker and stronger than I could have ever imagined.
